The lineart really needs some working on. Because I don't even have to zoom in to notice that they're extremely jagged. It honestly look like you rushed on the whole thing. Do you use a program like MS Paint? Do you use a tablet or a mouse? Either or, you have to keep your hand from shaking. Or just make quick strokes.

Now the coloring. I may not be the best at coloring, since I mostly don't color anything in at all. (Of course, I don't need to be ultra good at coloring to know that this needs tons of work) You pretty much just colored the thing one solid color. Which makes it look flat and absolutely boring. You should try giving it shades. It makes it look more detailed and appealing to the eye.

Overall, it's not really any good, to be blunt about it. It seems like you made no effort on the patterns, the tongue and pretty much everything else.

Try out some backgrounds too. Even the striped and dotted ones. The gray background is just really unappealing right beside the green and yellow colors.
