This is Michael DiMartino's Katara as a Na'vi, the species of Pandorans in James Cameron's Avatar. Katara would probably be the Neytiri of the movie, and since they have similar names, the name was easy to find. Rose quartz is of much value on Pandora, so that's what her necklace is made of.
